Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon agreement of the quote. Prior to providing a quote, a comprehensive service description must be submitted, encompassing location addresses, number of photographs, video duration, and all pertinent details. Confirmation of booking occurs solely following accurate quoting, mutual agreement on all specifications, deposit payment, and issuance of a separate confirmation email from iDrone Pro, generally within 1-2 hours and no later than 24 hours post-payment. Cancellation Policy Cancellations notified 72 hours (3 days) or more prior to the scheduled date entitle the client to a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) result in a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the date forfeit the entire payment. In cases of inclement weather or airspace restrictions, services may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to mutual availability. Notification of availability will be provided, whereupon a 50% deposit secures the booking under standard terms.
